Ways to Get Involved

Adopt a Club: Good News Club (Elementary School) or a JYC Club (Middle School)

Churches and individuals can ADOPT a local Elementary Good News Club or Middle School JYC Club, by providing a team of volunteers, and/or financial support of just $1,200 for the entire school year to bring the gospel of Jesus and saving power to kids after-school on campus. (We meet once per week.)

Volunteer & Serve

Are you looking to engage directly in evangelism and teaching children about the Bible and show them the love of Jesus? Whether you feel called to teach, lead, or provide alternative support for our Local Clubs and Ministry Events, we will provide training and foster your calling to serve children and families in Orange County.

• Interested and equipped to serve on our local non-profit Chapter’s Leadership Board? We have a place for you! Our ministry Board meets nine times during the year to support the work of the ministry and reach the community.

Looking to explore ministry training for your church? Interested in getting a children’s ministry expert to speak at your next event or conference? Are you an individual who is seeking to become more effective in teaching God’s Word and sharing the Gospel with children?

Our Chapter provides free children’s ministry training and seminars throughout Orange County. We also offer affordable ministry courses, such as Teaching Children Effectively (TCE) Level 1 and 2, offered in partnership with other local chapters of CEF of Southern California. If you feel called to serve with children and families in a ministry setting, consider attending The Children’s Ministries Institute at CEF’s International Head Quarters outside of St. Louis, Missouri!
